Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Balsamic BBQ Sauce

Serves 4

1 pound beef flat iron steak

2 teaspoons steak seasoning

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Sprinkle steak with steak seasoning. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, to desired doneness. Meanwhile, in a saucepan on medium-low heat, combine barbecue sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove grilled steak to a cutting board and slice into servings. Use rosemary sprigs (one per serving) to brush balsamic/barbecue sauce, to taste, over steak slices.
