Recently, PrimeCare Emergency Center opened to the public, and the community response has been overwhelmingly positive.
At PrimeCare, they strive to offer the highest standard of quality care to make lives better. Their aim is to provide outstanding care services that surpass expectations. They have a group of physicians that provide coverage for the facility 24-hours a day, and we wanted to highlight the great things that they are doing for the community.
Tell us a little about PrimeCare Emergency Center. When and how did it get started?
Tell us a little bit about yourself. How long have you been with them?
PrimeCare Emergency Center is a new facility and group of physicians. We saw a need for a community emergency center in this part of Arlington and decided to bring our practice here.
What is your personal favorite aspect of working with PrimeCare?
The best part of working at PrimeCare Emergency Center is the ability to spend time with the patient to discuss their symptoms and diagnosis, as well as their treatment plan. Because we provide more resources per patient than the average hospital-based emergency room, we're able to provide more time and care to our patients.
How has the response to the new PrimeCare Center from the community been so far?
The response from the community has been spectacular and heart-warming. We regularly get comments about how nice it is to have this type of facility just down the road and readily accessible. No longer will patients have to fight traffic and parking to get to the hospital and then have to wait in a busy ER to get their care.
Is there anything else we should know about?
Our facility is a full-service emergency center that can provide the same type of care as a hospital-based ER, but faster, cheaper and better.
