This is the first building on the South Campus. The hospital is one of the city’s most important economic engines and community partners generating $123M to the local economy in 2016 and creating 2,384 jobs in Tarrant County. Professional Office Building II is being built by contractor Skiles Group & GCC Enterprises, Inc.; architect Perkins + Will, and engineer WSP/CCRD.
The new 82,000 sq. ft. building, at the corner of Hospital Drive and Matlock Road, will house a variety of physician offices and space for additional hospital services.
The new $11.8 million building will be four stories tall when complete in Winter 2017.
