Welcome to this week’s 5 Things Friday list. This week we feature 5 (relatively) new places to chow down or drink up.
In no particular order, here are the 5 places that made our list:
Mansfield, TX 76063
As the name implies, they serve burgers and beer. But if a
burger just isn’t what you’re craving, they also have a selection of salads,
sandwiches, hotdogs, shakes, malts and desserts.
Arlington, TX 76018
You might remember Mo’s Best Eatery from our Local Flavor profile in 2015. Although the original Mo’s location has been closed for several years, he recently reopened in a new location in South Arlington. The menu selection is as varied as before – everything from chicken shawarma to a reuben sandwich to fettuccini alfredo.
Arlington, TX 76010
If you’ve been patiently awaiting the opening of this locally-owned coffee and wine bar after reading our interview last summer, you’re in luck! Located in the heart of downtown Arlington, Urban Alchemy is the perfect place for… you guessed it – coffee and wine. Begin your day with a breakfast blend and end it with a shiraz.
Arlington, TX 76001
This south Arlington burger joint boasts old fashioned hamburgers with a twist. The Hawaiian burger is topped with pineapple, ham, American cheese and grilled onions, while the Mexican burger includes avocado, bacon, grilled jalapenos and white cheese. They also have a host of different sauces to choose from.
Arlington, TX 76002
Margaritas to go – or stay. Mr. Froze serves up frosty frozen margaritas in sizes ranging from 16 oz. up to a gallon. Choose your size, your flavor – or mix your flavors and they’ll seal it all up for you into one tasty frozen package to enjoy there or take with you.
