Crostini topped with Pears and Gorgonzola Cheese
Firm pears sliced on a mandolin slicer, tossed in a little lemon juice
Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Honey
Butter Lettuce
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange baguette slices on a large rimmed baking sheet. Brush the bread with olive oil. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Turn once during baking. Allow the bread to cool completely.
Top each slice with lettuce, pears and gorgonzola. Drizzle with a little honey.
Serve with chilled Prosecco.
