Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) gets you around Dallas, Texas, and 12 surrounding cities with modern public transit services and customer facilities tailored to make your trip fast, comfortable and economical. Our extensive network of DART Light Rail, Trinity Railway Express commuter rail, bus routes and paratransit services moves more than 220,000 passengers per day across our 700-square-mile service area.

With 64 DART Rail stations, 10 TRE stations and 14 bus transfer facilities, your DART pass is like a key to the city — putting you within steps of the places you go every day.

DART buses and trains operate daily from approximately 5 a.m. to midnight. DART Rail offers service every 7½-15 minutes during rush hours, and 20 minutes during the midday and weekends, and 30 minutes late at night. Bus schedules vary by neighborhood. DART BUS SYSTEM With 130+ routes, our buses take you anywhere in our service area for a Local fare. We also provide innovative options, such as Flex Service in many of our suburbs. DART RAIL The 93-mile light rail system consists of four lines: • Red - Parker Road to Westmoreland (north-southwest) • Blue - Downtown Rowlett to UNT Dallas (northeast-south) • Green - North Carrollton to Buckner (northwest-southeast) • Orange - DFW Airport to Parker Road or LBJ/Central (northwest-north) All lines serve downtown Dallas.
