Come join the SAGE tribe for our monthly guided meditation class, led by AJ Namaste.
We offer a class of gentle stretching and deep meditation in this one hour class.
Our space is small and safe; open-minded and non-judgmental. This class is perfect for both men, women and young adults.
It is important to set aside time to meditate. Meditation is essential to feeling well and living a happy Life. ... Meditation can help us to eliminate negative thoughts, worries & anxiety; all factors that can prevent us from feeling happy. The practice of meditation, carried out on a regular basis, will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Join us and commit to your practice of self-care, this year.
Our guide, AJ is a long-experienced meditation leader and a 30 year yoga teacher. She is the owner of SOL Yoga and teaches yoga at Lifetime Fitness in Mansfield.
Please dress comfortably (you don't need any particular 'meditation' clothes), bring some water and a towel. We have mats for you to sit on, but feel free to bring your own mat or blanket.
