Fall Plant Sale

Fall is the best time of the year to plant in north central Texas! Come to the Botanic Garden’s fall plant sale and stock up on plants that do well in our area. Choose from a wide assortment of trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, perennials, vines, winter annuals, and spring-flowering bulbs. The sale features a wide assortment of citrus, other fruit trees, and small fruits. In addition, rose, African violet, begonia, iris, daylily, and cactus & succulent societies will be selling their plants. Other vendors will be selling garden-related merchandise as well. Garden staff will be on site to answer your plant questions. New this year are more days (three), more hours, and more plants! Due to a limited number of carts for hauling plants at the sale, please bring your own. LOCATION OF SALE: In “The Grove,” the wooded area just inside the weekend parking lot. PARKING: From I-30, take the Montgomery Street exit and park in the weekend parking lot before reaching Montgomery. Or, enter the first entrance into the Botanic Garden north of I-30 on University Drive and proceed to the Japanese Garden parking lot.
